WorkBuddy is Tencent Cloud’s AI office agent. As an authorised partner, XZS Technology takes it from “it can talk” to “it can do the work”: choosing the scenario, building the agent, connecting the knowledge base and connectors, setting permissions and entry points — then supporting your team until it is second nature.
Product overview
It inherits the agent capabilities at the core of Tencent Cloud CodeBuddy and brings intelligent support to office scenarios for both enterprises and individuals. What sets it apart from a purely conversational tool is that it can act: it breaks tasks down, calls tools, reads and writes local files, produces documents and spreadsheets, and — within the authorised scope — connects to context from the office ecosystem such as WeCom and Tencent Docs.
The hard part for an enterprise is rarely buying an AI account. It is wiring that account into real work: which steps go to the agent, which data it may touch, and who answers when it gets something wrong. That implementation work is what XZS Technology covers as an authorised Tencent WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy partner (Standard-level Reseller) — from scenario discovery and agent build-out through system integration, go-live and hands-on support.

What we deliver is not a software package but a way of working that actually runs: where the entry point sits, how the knowledge base is built, how permissions are split, and which actions must stay with a human. All of it is written into the proposal and checked item by item at acceptance.
Core capabilities
Agent build-out and multiple entry points
Dialogue capability, tools and permissions configured per scenario, then published to your website, WeCom, a mini program or an internal system. Staff keep the tools they already open every day.
Enterprise knowledge base
Product material, policies, quoting rules and FAQs turned into a knowledge base that can be asked questions. Answers carry sources you can click back to, rather than confident text with nothing behind it.
Connectors and tool calling
Connected to the office ecosystem — WeCom, Tencent Docs — and able to read and write local files, generate and process documents and spreadsheets. Not just answering questions, but finishing the job.
Reusable skills
Your business rules turned into reusable skills: one quoting standard, one approval flow, one document format — configured once, shared by everyone, usable by a new joiner on day one.
Permission boundaries and human sign-off
Who can use it, which data it may touch and which actions require human confirmation, set item by item. Publishing externally, moving money or changing records stays with people; repetitive, well-defined work goes to AI.
Training and ongoing operations
Tiered training for management, business leads and front-line staff; hands-on support for the first scenarios; observable usage data to answer “how much time did we save, and was the spend worth it?”
How we deliver: four steps to go live
Scenario discovery
Walk the current process and pick the steps that are repetitive, rule-based and cheap to get wrong — those become the first pilot.
Prototype and pilot
A working agent prototype in two to three weeks, run on real data, validated at small scale before any wider rollout.
Integration and go-live
Permissions, knowledge base, connectors and existing systems wired up; signed off against agreed acceptance criteria.
Training and iteration
Tiered training and hands-on support, tuned against usage data, updated as Tencent Cloud releases new versions.
Where it fits
Customer service and pre-sales
FAQs, product specs and quoting rules handled by the agent first; people deal only with exceptions and judgement calls.
Internal knowledge Q&A
Policies, processes, onboarding and training material in the knowledge base, answered with sources, cutting the internal back-and-forth.
Documents and reports
Drafting, summarising and formatting contracts, tenders, minutes and weekly reports; spreadsheet cleaning and consolidation as well.
Process automation and data movement
From email and spreadsheets to system entry — “copy and paste” turned into a repeatable flow.
Authorisation and compliance
XZS Technology has passed Tencent Cloud’s partner qualification review and been accredited as an Authorized Tencent Cloud WorkBuddy / CodeBuddy Partner at Standard-level Reseller tier, valid until 31 December 2026. The partner status can be verified on Tencent Cloud’s partner directory. The authorisation is non-exclusive and does not include the right to sub-licence.

Want AI to take over one scenario first?
There is no need to roll it out company-wide on day one. Start with one department and one process — a first version in two to three weeks. Tell us how your process works today and we will map what can go to AI and what must stay with people.
