Product overview
The platform combines a corporate micro-site with a simplified CRM. It presents the company and its products through copy, images and video; each product carries its own QR code; customers can place deposit-based pre-orders online; distributors get tiered pricing; and the team manages customer cards, intent orders and H5 campaign pages in one place. Every referrer has a personal QR code with two-level referral commission.
It is also an information hub for promoting products to agents and OEM partners and for managing product images and price lists. Customers scan a QR code to see current product information, while the company updates and uploads materials in real time.
Agents and distributors download product information and tiered price lists according to their level — cutting the workload of distributing materials and speeding up the whole sales network.
At trade shows, staff scan a visitor’s QR code and the business card is captured on the spot. Contact data is stored permanently, so the team spends less time collecting cards and more time on demos and questions.
The system consists of a WeChat mini-program module, a distributor management module and an admin back office.
