UI Design Principles: Operational Reasonableness

1. Try to ensure users can smoothly complete common business operations without a mouse (keyboard only); controls should switch via the Tab key, with editable text selected in full.

2. On search pages, pressing Enter in the query input box should automatically trigger the search.

3. For irreversible or delete operations, prompt the user for confirmation before proceeding, and where necessary tell the user the consequences of the operation.

4. The OK and Cancel buttons of message boxes should map to the Enter and ESC keys respectively.

5. Avoid double-click actions: they increase operation difficulty and may mislead users into thinking the click did not work.

6. On form entry pages, place the input focus on the first input item. Users switch between inputs and buttons with Tab, and Tab order should run from left to right and top to bottom.
