An agent who meets the criteria applies to become a distributor directly in the app, and earns more per deal from there.

Why the registration record matters most
In a distribution channel, the recurring dispute is who introduced the buyer. Two agents claim the same customer, or a customer registers twice through different routes, and the commission is contested.
A registration record with a timestamp settles it. Which is why project registration is not an administrative convenience but the load-bearing feature of the whole system: without a reliable answer to who was first, agents stop trusting the channel and stop referring.
