(XZS Tech) has been officially awarded ISO 9001 quality management system certification and ISO 27001 information security management system certification by the International Organization for Standardization. The dual certification confirms that the company now meets internationally recognised standards in both quality governance and information security, adding momentum to sustainable growth and giving clients a combined guarantee of quality and safety.
ISO 9001 is the most widely recognised quality management standard in the world, and its audit examines the whole delivery chain. Over several months XZS Tech built and refined its system, covering everything from IT consulting and custom product development to UI design services, and established a closed-loop quality process across the full project lifecycle. Dozens of core processes were mapped and more than a hundred standardised documents written, reaching the goal of a clear duty for every role, a procedure for every task, a traceable record for every process and continuous improvement throughout. The audit also confirmed the consistency and reliability of the company’s technical services and project delivery, and drove measurable gains in internal efficiency and client satisfaction.

ISO 27001, often called the gold standard in the field, requires a comprehensive defence covering physical security, network security, data encryption and access control.
