BizCard

BizCard is a digital business card and networking mini program for people who meet clients for a living. One QR code replaces the paper card, contacts stay in one place, and every visit you log can carry its next appointment and to-dos straight into your work schedule.

Product overview

BizCard puts cards, contacts, visits and scheduling in one phone. Open the mini program in WeChat, build your digital card, and exchange it by QR code or a forward. Contacts land in your address book and can be found by distance, letter or tag. Each client visit records the time, place and purpose, with the next appointment and follow-up tasks set on the same screen.

Cards come with several templates. Upload a company logo, promo video and photo album, and fill in the company and personal profiles to turn a card into a complete company front page. Your personal card code can be saved to the camera roll and scanned offline.

The address book reads a paper card from a photo and fills in the fields automatically; anything missing can be completed by hand, including company, department, title and tags. The contact map plots people by distance, so you see which clients are nearby before a trip.

The system pairs a mini-program front end with an admin back office. Card content, company material and member permissions are maintained centrally and reach the front end immediately.

Core features

Digital card and card code

Several card templates, company and personal profiles, and sharing by mini-program code. Clients scan and land on your card with no app to install — and because the card is live, they always see the current version.

Contact map and address book

Contacts are plotted by distance: 1 km, 5 km, 10 km, unlimited, or any radius from 0.05 to 20,000 km. The list view indexes by letter, with tag filters, smart sorting and one-tap calling.

Nearby places and check-ins

Browse nearby business venues in map or list mode. A check-in records the highlights, average spend, capacity and hosting notes, so the whole team works from one shared view of a venue.

Follow-up and insight

Visit logs filter by this week, this month or a custom range. The card holder keeps saved cards and exchange requests, while visitor logs plus view and forward counts show how far a card has travelled.

Work schedule: the follow-up no longer lives in your head

A visit log is more than a note. Set the next visit date and the follow-up tasks on the record, and saving it adds the entry to your work schedule — no second copy to keep, and no two lists that disagree.

Open BizCard on the day and a pop-up shows what is due: who to visit, which client to call back, which tasks are still open. All on one screen, before you walk into the office.

The schedule itself supports creating entries, syncing to your phone calendar and turning on WeChat reminders. Two views — calendar and list — each switch between week and month: the calendar exposes clashes in a packed week, the list shows the rhythm of a cross-month follow-up plan.

Visits, reminders and tasks sit on one line. Finish a meeting and the next step appears in the schedule; when the time comes, WeChat reminds you; back in the mini program, the pop-up confirms it once more. However full the day is, the call-back does not slip.

Use cases

Field sales and client visits

Five clients a day is normal. Finish the visit log and the next appointment is already scheduled, so nothing is missed; the map helps plan the route before you set off.

Trade shows and networking

Exchange cards by QR code at a show, then filter by tag and distance afterwards — no drawer full of paper. Company material is updated centrally, so every card that goes out is current.

Channel and distributor management

Head office maintains the company profile, products and album; each rep carries a card of their own. The brand stays consistent, and client data stays with the company when people move on.
